Horrible service from start to still ongoing because I have not received any response from them regarding my lenses. They said they would contact me in 7-10 days and it’s going on 3 weeks. The lenses are in (per a LensCrafters rep via telephone through an 800 number) yet I can’t get a phone call or response from this place. They charged me 500 out of pocket. Dr was very helpful and clearly explained test procedures and results.
My second time at this location. Staff is great. Check in was quick, testing was thorough and Dr review was in-depth and answered any questions I had. Will be back.
