We cannot recommend Jim Scott & Sons highly enough. We purchased our home nearly two years ago after it was completed, and the level of service we've received has far exceeded anything we could have expected. We have been texting them over ten times more, but mostly they did not respond back to us. When they worked on the outside job, dirt and paint splashed on our outside gate, but they did not clean it until we requested to clean it. They promised to clean and re-paint our outside gate, but they did not paint and ignored our text and communication. We definitely see that they do not think of neighbors. Top notch quality; conscientious; polite; collaborative. What more could you ask? My husband and I are midstream on building a new home on the lot upon which our former home stood. They are doing construction at 3203 Beverly and they have not managed their sub contractor and they do not think neighbor since they are doing dirty the alley and very dangerous situation around area. Especially fence fell down toward to alley side and the soil are coming from their site. They have not been taking care of neighbor. There are very dirty, mess and dangerous their construction site.
