Incredibly compassionate and helpful real estate agent. If there was a place to leave more stars, I definitely would. He was there throughout the entire process, made it easy to understand, he helped out when I needed it. As a single woman trying to sell an enormous house on her own, he was a pillar of support. And I greatly appreciate his time and his patience and he got me a great price for the house and I walked away with a really nice check! If you’re looking for a real estate agent, Jim is your Mann.

My partner and I were first-time home buyers, and Jim was a great guide through the entire process! Jim has a relaxed yet assured style, not too pushy, and willing to go at the buyer's pace. During the search for a home, he was always available and able to quickly coordinate showings.
