Appt for simple oil change turned sour. Time at dealership was fine, next morning pool of oil on garage floor. Examined, oil filter tight, checked dipstick, on full. Investigated further it is dirty old oil dripping off front frame. Cleaned it up, wiping down frame I could see and floor. Everyday I would see another few drips so today, not knowing why it's still dripping, so I jacked up the car and found the used oil filter laying on front frame by fan. I have picture of the old filter when I pulled it out. Highly disturbing... read more
