Very happy customers! They didn’t have what we were looking for on the lot so we told them what we were looking for and within several hours they got back with us.. Great customer service! RecommendedWe live two and half hours away, but their truck selection was unreal! It’s hard to find a great dealership. This one is it. From sales, finance, even the manager. Prices are unbeatable. Never once felt pressured, they listened to what we wanted and we left with a truck.
Been a long time customer, but very disappointed with recent quality of service. Since March I have had my vehicle there 4 times with an ongoing issue. Currently my car has been there since Wednesday, hopefully will have it back Monday. Today I requested a loaner vehicle, the loaner is disgustingly dirty inside. Grass all over the floor, food crumbs and candy wrappers in the center console, greasy stearing wheel, water bottle and another customers persciption receipt in the back seat. Want to thank Roberta Parkison for getting my son into a 2018 Silverado. She works hard to please the customer. She got him a payment that fit his budget. Not to mention a Beautiful Truck. I have purchased vehicles from her at the dealership she was at before. But will follow her to Jim Schmidt for my next Truck. Also kudos to Jeremy for making the finance paperwork painless!
This dealership is excellent! One of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Small and personable, no pressure at all, they let you take the lead. They also make sure to do whatever they can to make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied. Cody Rice was amazing to work with!
