We hired this company in October 2019 to replace the central air conditioning in our OC condo. As out of town owners, we are used to having contractors complete work and then send us an invoice. We paid the deposit, and shortly thereafter received a phone call that the work was complete. The company sent us an invoice, which we paid promptly. Mr. Schiffler came to our home in Ocean City in Aug. of 2019 to service our air conditioner. He performed the service, and he suggested that we set up a service maintenance contract with him. We agreed and paid him for that service in advance for 2 more maintenance visits. When we contacted him a few months ago to fulfill the followup service, he said he would call us the following day to schedule the service he never called. Great company had a problem they came out right away and fixed it on 4th of July and then got on a maitenece plan and they didn't charge me overtime even though it was the busiest week of the summer down here! Great people and highly recommend

Jim Schiffler Heating & Air Unfortunately, my family did not have a good experience with Jim. We paid almost $5000.00 in full for a central air unit in Maryland. The unit never worked a full day blowing cool air. A matter of fact, the first night after he installed the unit we had to leave our home because it got too hot in the house. We had to leave around midnight and find a hotel that was available and spent almost $300.00 for 1 night so we could get some sleep in cool air. This company is by far the most professional and friendly service type company I have ever had in my home . They showed up when they said they would and we able to get my air conditioner working with in 45 minutes even though I needed a new one. Three days later they replaced my unit which was long over due and even gave me a credited back a large portion of the repair they did . Excellent service and their prices are fantastic compared to other companies I have used in the past
