Jim sands roofing just repaired my roof and replaced my gutters after a tree fell on our house. Keith has got to be the most honest and genuine business owners I have met. I was running on a bit of a deadline and he sent his team out to get my roof repaired on a holiday. The project manager Tommy was also fantastic. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE TO INSTALL A STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF! They did a horrible job and parts of the roof are falling apart, sliding apart, and coming off of the house. We have had them come out to assess the issues, they agreed it looked bad, and now they are gaslighting us and not returning calls. It is literally the worst metal roof I have ever seen. I got 4 estimates including Jim Sands then I chose this company to do my roof. They were the least expensive of the four companies and I'm completely satisfied with the new roof. It turned out my roof needed some new boards and they handled that very fairly.
