ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE TO INSTALL A STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF! They did a horrible job and parts of the roof are falling apart, sliding apart, and coming off of the house. We have had them come out to assess the issues, they agreed it looked bad, and now they are gaslighting us and not returning calls. It is literally the worst metal roof I have ever seen. I got 4 estimates including Jim Sands then I chose this company to do my roof. They were the least expensive of the four companies and I'm completely satisfied with the new roof. It turned out my roof needed some new boards and they handled that very fairly.
Absolutely not. Everyone I met prior to my roof being put up was amazing. Unfortunately a worker stepped through my ceiling. I expected an invoice and for my ceiling to be fixed. Jim came in person to my house ( never met him just went by what he said) and wanted payment. I told him I would get him the money just expected the ceiling fixed. Him and his wife came to my house with two gentlemen and looked at my ceiling, the two gentlemen left and him and his wife stayed demanding I pay.
