An incredible conflict of interest, "Professional ", Will absolutely terrify amazing home owners to bring issues to court. Pay him a lot of money. Do research people. Small clams court is way cheaper. File each individual jod separately. BTW. Get a contract. Every time!
Tuned in recently while in the car expecting to hear callers with home issues needing advice that we all can use. 45 minutes, not one repair discussion. Expected a news break but not the number of commercials and hosts banter about non repair topic. Too bad , used to be informative now not so much.
This man is dishonest.
Jim Salmon will make up his own set of facts if you pay him… if I could give him a lower rating I would…. As far as I’m concerned, he either doesn’t know anything at all…. Jim was the answer to my prayers! I inherited my house when my mom passed away and do not have a ton of home owning knowledge, but Jim came in and right away I knew he was exactly what I was looking for. He was non-judgmental, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. I asked him if he wanted to know what my areas of concerns are and he said no, let's see if they match up at the end, and they did!
