Tuned in recently while in the car expecting to hear callers with home issues needing advice that we all can use. 45 minutes, not one repair discussion. Expected a news break but not the number of commercials and hosts banter about non repair topic. Too bad , used to be informative now not so much.
This man is dishonest.
Jim Salmon will make up his own set of facts if you pay him… if I could give him a lower rating I would…. As far as I’m concerned, he either doesn’t know anything at all…. Or he’ll just say what you pay him to say… 🙅🏼♂️ either way …. He’s a fraud as far as I’m concerned… And I’m wondering … (where did Jimmy go? )
Jim was the answer to my prayers! I inherited my house when my mom passed away and do not have a ton of home owning knowledge, but Jim came in and right away I knew he was exactly what I was looking for. He was non-judgmental, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. I asked him if he wanted to know what my areas of concerns are and he said no, let's see if they match up at the end, and they did! Very disappointed with his advice.. I would need to write a book there's not enough room here. Addendum after his response: NO (1) We did end up on closing on the house (2) he smelled like cigarette smoke, possibly alcohol and appeared hung over. (3) Missed numerous items on the inspection which we later had to hire contractors to fix (some of them huge mistakes). (4) No I don't think "james jazzy" would show up on your "data base" which is a cop out and seems to be your go to answer for the shoddy inspections you performed.... read more
