Fast and efficient service! Called their office at 0730, Jim arrived at about 0820, (it was not an emergency call) and fixed the leak in the hot water line (without complaining about having to remove the remains of my pitiful attempt at plugging/fixing the leak myself.) He was very cordial, made the repairs, cleaned up the area affected by the leak and was done by about 0945. The price was much lower than I expected, too!
