Had Jason out today to rekey 6 doors and only 3 had similar locks the other 3 he had to re work. With his amazing attitude and high energy level he knocked it out in now time. Jason is a industry veteran and I would recommend anytime.
Had a broken ignition key. They went above and beyond to fix a chip key and program it. Super nice people, quality work and reasonable price. Highly recommend.
I had used Jim's Lock & Safe many moons ago when I locked my keys in the car. This time it was the ignition in my daughter's Saturn. Two other locksmiths laughed and wouldn't touch it. Jim's tried to help me without a service call but, when I had no luck, Charles to the rescue. He had to pull the ignition cylinder and order parts. Two trips in the heat and it was fixed for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Jim's. Everyone was helpful and thorough and took great care of us. Thank you!
Went in to get 2 new key fobs for a newly purchased vehicle. They are knowledgeable with quick friendly service that was cheaper than the price the dealer had quoted us. They programmed them as well without any issues. Highly recommend this business. We have used them a couple times with great customer service each time.
