We have used Jim Russell for plumbing twice this year. Both times they responded quickly, came right away. Did a great job, cleaned up, and the price was fair. We will call them anytime we have a plumbing or HVAC repair need. Great company.
Huge shout out I called on behalf of my Daughter last night she had a leak in her crawl space . They sent someone right away . I called at 7:30 they were there by 8 and had it fixed a little after 9 last night ! That is super fast service . They were the only company to return my call . Highly recommend them.

Have used Jim Russell many times in the last year and they are always prompt with scheduling the needed services. Most recently I needed a furnace replaced and they got it done the next day in the middle of a week of freezing temps. Andrew went above and beyond and even brought a couple heaters from his home for clients to use to keep warm that night until work could be completed. Thank you!!
