We had our car stolen and Jim and Ron’s was right there for us the same day. Dontae our tow truck driver was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and concerned about our situation, we very much appreciate how he handled things and how well he did his job!!
They were great. Gave me a realistic timeline, cost was within reason, and both the dispatcher and the driver were very kind.
I locked my keys in my car the other night on the east side of town which is not a very nice side of town to be out alone in. Call Jim and Ron's they quoted me $215 plus tax I said never mind I would find somebody cheaper and thank him for his time. Found somebody to come out and do it for $80 and just as I was finishing up Jim and runs called me back said he found somebody who would do it for $100 less I said no I already have it taken care of he was very persistent and did not want to take no for an answer I finally just h... read more
