Not sure where my review went but I will gladly leave it again. I see trucks with this logo on it driving around Sioux Falls metro quite frequently. Not very impressed with what I've seen. They don't use turn signals and drive rather wrecklessly. I had a not so fun experience here being told different things from different people. They acted too busy to help me and that showed because my concern wasn't met with solutions right away. I will avoid them at all costs.

Driver Monte Upon driving my car to a shop he made it very clear he did not want to be there. My girlfriend was there for the interaction as I was at work. He was very short and lacked customer service. After the diagnosis at the shop I had it towed to my work (ford dealership). My girlfriend waited at the shop. She was quoted 0.5 hours, waited 1.5 hours. She had called after an hour and the dispatcher was very rude, said “he’ll get there when he gets there”. Lee was awesome, he was trying to help me out as best as he can, with the siutuation provided. I’m glad they didn’t damage my car to my knowledge it looks good for a police impound. It was a little expensive though at 560$ but I guess inflations a butch. Thanks again for not destroying my car.

I got a flat tire and they had a tow out to me within 20 minutes. 7 minute drive to my stop. It was $150 rounded up. The lady on the phone was super polite and nice to talk to. I didn't get my towers name, but he was polite and professional. I have never used a towing service before. I would call them again.
