Once the vehicle was purchased, there has been no communication regarding issues with the vehicle. I have been told things that have NOT happened. Will never purchase a vehicle from them again.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the purchase of my truck on April 4, 2026. I would rate my experience a 0 out of 10. My temporary tag was set to expire on July 6, 2026. Despite contacting both my salesman and the registration department 15 days prior to expiration, I was repeatedly given the run-around. Couldn’t be more thankful for their service department, they had my bronco serviced for a water pump the same day I called having issues, the day before 4th of July, even! So thankful I can get to my vacation this Sunday. Thank you all so much!!!
They are pretty solid. Just pay close attention to any add-on warranties.
Do not buy a used car from here unless it is blue Ford certified (not Shultz certified) there is a difference, because they do not stand behind the vehicles that they sell and you will be screwed. Do not let them take advantage of you. If there was an option to choose no stars that’s exactly what I would run with.
