The only reason I’m giving a 1 is because I can’t select a negative number. This review is for the customer service in the service department. My wife made an appointment today for 1pm. My car was still sitting in the lot at 2:53pm. That’s ok, I know an exact time can’t be set. What makes this service department pathetic is the fact that they wouldn’t give an update, kept having the receptionist say I’m sorry, and then Dave M. kept avoiding her and never said one word to her as he handed the keys at 5:10pm. Excellent service. Recommend to anyone. Especially women. Did not try to do anything that wasn't needed. Very honest
My car was taken back twice within a week for the same problem not fixed the first time. The 2nd time they had it 2 days and let it run for 2 days using a little over half a tank of gas. The 2nd problem was a nail in the tire causing a slow leak. They checked the sensors in the tires and charged us $90. But didn’t fix the tire. Finally they fixed the tire and did refund our $90. Using half a tank of gas was ridiculous as had they listened when I explained to them what was going on there was no reason to let it run 2 days and... read more
Great experience. Such kind and helpful staff. Mike K and Dexter were awesome and were the reason it was a good experience car shopping at Shults Ford in Wheeling. Not pushy, not in a rush, willing to answer questions and go out of their way to help guide you during your car shopping!
It was very easy the guy that came was great and professional and it was nice that I didn’t have to use my only day off to go and wait while they changed my oil
