We were cash buyers looking for a fairly quick sale. The agent printed off 3 listing that didn't quite fit our needs. Stopped in again to adjust our parameters and then never heard from them again. Took our cash to another agent who found the perfect property after 10 minutes. We close tomorrow.

We recently purchased a home from afar, and Angela Daniels was the listing agent. It was obvious in our negotiations that she wasn't working in good faith, but we were a bit desperate because we were working on a contingency and needed a specific closing date, so we let it slide. They were amazing up until the realtor told us that property taxes were paid for in 2021. I recieved a property tax bill in the previous owners name and now we have to pay her taxes since she never did... when buying a home please make sure property taxes are paid for! It's sad they lied to us...
