DO NOT use this company. You will have to walk on egg shells when dealing with him or he will snap. He made many mistakes on my bathroom remodel and almost refused to finish the project. He is VERY neat but that probably goes to his OCD and mental issues as well. If my wife got involved he really flipped. He does not like being questioned by anyone, especially women it seems. Unstable.
We gave Jim Ridgeway $3,500 March 2017 to hold our spot for fall 2017. He filled our spot with a bigger job. November came, he put a gas line in and told us he would be able to finish our basement in a couple of months which would bring us into February 2018 almost a year after we gave him our money. December 2017, we had enough of his deceitfulness and asked for paid receipts as well as a detailed list of the hours he put into our job, which we calculated to be around 6 hours of his time, and we asked for our money back.
