Everyone in the office was kind and explained what various tests were. Doctor explained procedure well and offered upgrades, if desired. Scheduling for surgery was easily completed. They valued my time.
Aside from the machine lens fogging from being cold, a reasonably comfortable experience. Everyone was friendly and professional as expected. They covered all of my questions and concerns.
Dr. Rademacher was very helpful in his explanations. We were appreciative of his desire to help us.
