My contact person James he was in contact with me constantly I was purchasing a used Honda for my daughter a I was out of town buyer I flew into Cville James picked me up too me to the dealership the Honda was detailed and ready Chris finished the paper work and I was on my way back to New Mexico. I had a really good buying experience from Flow Hyundai! I knew what I wanted, and they found me the right model from another state. My salesperson, Chris, was great to work with, and even remembered a casual comment about my preferred color even though I would take other colors, and he surprised me with my favorite color when I went to pick it up! I'd definitely go back.
If I could give this place -100 stars I would. I visited this facility for a simple oil change in 2024 and received an update and an oil change. Not even a week later my brand new car broke down and they worked on it for 10 MONTHS after getting a simple oil change and an update from a HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. I had a great experience buying my new (slightly used) Kona SEL AWD. Jim Duff was a pleasure to deal with and I had a great experience with the rest of the folks at Flow, too. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new or used car!
Service on my Ioniq6, recall issues. Found evidence of squirel activity around cabin air filter...acorns and chew marks on filter. Cleaned up mess and replaced filter, rotated tires. I waited for about 2.5 hours. Not bad. Good coffee and snacks. Charged for filter work only, price was very reasonable. I will continue to do my service here.
