The service department is running the absolute most typical scam. Our car went in for some minor warranty work, with three months still left on its state inspection sticker. They did a "complementary" state inspection which I certainly did not request and failed the car for brake pads. I said, I personally rotated the tires a few thousand miles ago and I know *exactly* what those brake pads look like. We purchased a 2024 Chevy Tahoe in June from Malloy and it was delivered with 2 bald tires that we had to replace within 2 weeks of owning. Most recently I received a break system failure light and the brakes stopped working. There were two other service lights on, and the vehicle had to be towed to a dealership. My experience at Malloy Chevrolet was amazing, my salesperson SAMANTHA SHIFFLETT was by far the best one I have ever worked with, she takes her time ensuring all your needs are met and goes out of her way to ensure you happy with the experience, also follows up with customers all the time to ensure if you need anything at all it will be taken care of. I will definately be back when I need to purchase another vehicle. SAMANTHA is an asset to Malloy and needs to be commended greatly for the job she does.
