Everyone was nice . But they reset all of my tpms sensors. One was bad but when I left none was working. I had to take it to another shop and have them reset. Also my oil life wasn't reset . You would think for a 140 dollar oil change that would be done.
I did not purchase today but the team here is professional and attentive. I met with Caleb because my SIL was looking for a car. I chatted with Michael Jackson and Rashad were very informative of the differences in the vehicles and even provided their personal experiences. This is a very professional location and I would recommend anyone coming here!!
I purchased my new vehicle from them and had a good experience in 2023 Recently I had an issue with a part and had a GREAT experience. Sara in the parts department was a huge help and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. She was awesome.
I called the service department about an issue with my vehicle and the lady told me I could drop it off at 4pm and wait for it to be fixed. When I got there they told me I would have to leave it at least for the night. I would not have brought my car at 4pm if they had told me I couldn’t leave with it the same day. First, appointments mean absolutely nothing to these people so don't bother making one. In fact, if you insist on having service here do yourself a HUGE favor and just drop your car off and leave it with them. You'll save yourself a ton of time and aggrevation. I had an appointment for 9am but it took them 4 hours to do an oil change and state inspection and it was $150. Just go to Walmart. They actually keep their appointment times and the oil change will only cost you about $85.
