We purchased a 2024 Chevy Tahoe in June from Malloy and it was delivered with 2 bald tires that we had to replace within 2 weeks of owning. Most recently I received a break system failure light and the brakes stopped working. There were two other service lights on, and the vehicle had to be towed to a dealership. I was told the issue was a severely discharged battery despite the fact that the vehicle started and I was able to drive it when the light came on and brake stopped working. My experience at Malloy Chevrolet was amazing, my salesperson SAMANTHA SHIFFLETT was by far the best one I have ever worked with, she takes her time ensuring all your needs are met and goes out of her way to ensure you happy with the experience, also follows up with customers all the time to ensure if you need anything at all it will be taken care of. I will definately be back when I need to purchase another vehicle. SAMANTHA is an asset to Malloy and needs to be commended greatly for the job she does.
Service department is horrible! Terrible customer service and communication. No loaner car , charges crazy prices , and doesn’t warranty any of the work they do. I would not recommend them under ANY circumstances.
Be careful with these people. My husband and I purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox RS on June 21 of this year at the Charlottesville dealership. We signed the contract with the sales manager and traded in both of our used cars. However, six days after picking up the vehicle, I accidentally discovered that it was not the car we bought.
