Great folks to rent or buy from.
At first, it was a dream come true and they had a home available that we could afford. Go through the process and move in. Well the home we moved in to, was FILTHY! Not one person wiped a surface off at all! They had ripped random things out of the closets leaving big holes in the ceiling. Then to top the cake, we find out the owners come to stay in a small unit attached to our garage!? We had to pay their water and electric also without any knowledge prior.
