In Sept 2022 Mike Stoede, new owner, of Perrault Construction agreed to put dark green siding and 4 new patio doors on my house. He said the work would begin the first week of May 2023 and be complete by the end of May 2023. Despite 8 months between Sept 2022 and May 2023, Mike said he could not take less than 1/2 down ($30,000) in Sept 2022 because he had to order materials. I hate giving bad reviews publicly. However, I think it's fair for people to know. We hired this company 2 or 3 months ago, got a quote and sent them hundreds of dollars as a down payment. We then heard nothing from them since then. They didn't answer our calls. They didn't return our calls. When they finally picked up there was a long list of excuses about how busy they've been.
