Extremely Disappointed with Jim and Paul’s Mobile Home Moving & Setup If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring Jim and Paul’s to move and set up our mobile home was one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences we've ever had. They made 13 separate promises to move the home before finally following through, and what they originally told us would take ~~3 weeks ended up dragging on for 6 months with excuse after excuse for why no progress was being made. I've held off on this review for quite some time, mostly from being busy but also to let the dust settle. There's no short way to summarize the scale and magnitude of care taken moving my home. 25 years old but well maintained country squire, traveled on all kinds of backwards roads and angles and through downtown celina itself, on the highway all the way to shawnee. The owner came to my home and did an estimate and has never got back with my insurance company or myself. I have called numerous times and no answer, Are you still in business?
Never called me back, they were suppose to set an appointment to go see the factory and I had to remind them several times weeks on end and got tired of it. If you want to actually have someone responsive I suggest going somewhere else I can only imagine having this business try and build your home and trying to get ahold of them.
