Bought a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek after calling and taking it home the same day. Rosh was great and very attentive even though the store was very busy and worked hard for me to be able to take it home the same day. The warranty and insurance add ons were a little bit confusing and I’m unsure if I made the right choice on those, but I should have done my research beforehand about the different add ons and insurance.
My girlfriend went in recently thinking her oil change was covered under her 5 year warranty. They ended up charging her $200. Such a slimey move. I DO NOT RECCOMENDED THIS PLACE They also gave her a complimentary car was which they did a terrible job.🤮
I recently got a new Subaru Crosstrek in Port Coquitlam, at Jim Pattison, and it was such an amazing experience! Jimmy was so enthusiastic to show me all the features of the vehicle, and Kenny gave me some great advice on picking the best add-on protection package. I felt like the people there were honest and trustworthy. I’m really satisfied with my purchase and will definitely come back to this dealer if I ever need another vehicle.
