Doctor David Rydz and his staff of area 3C neurology, do not notify their patients of changed or cancelled appointments. Lazy staff, terrible communication, and refusal for reimbursement of travel charges incurred when trying to get in to see him. My elderly father had an appointment with him but they failed to communicate that they cancelled his appointment due to him being on vacation. Of which it seems this doctor takes many a year. My mom had Echo exam appointment on noon November 30th. The hospital looks clean , and new .The receptionist was helpful and quickly registered us. After 15 minutes we went for Echo exam and as my mom can’t speak English I translated all commands . The Technician wasn’t a welcoming person and didn’t have patient to deal with old person and English barrier. We spend 30 min there to get enough pictures and she showed lots of frustrating ,physical and verbal push on my mom . Disappointing behaviour
The nurses and clerks here did an awesome job so grateful we have a clinic near us
I've been here several times for colonoscopys and a gastroscopy . Very organized and clean. No complaints.
