Today I went to the Imaging department of Jim Pattison Outpatient Centre because I wasn't able to get through on the phone numerous time in the past two days as no one was answering or the line went into a mail box and I didn't receive a return call after leaving a message. Really bad experience. I was on call with someone from Jim pattison to book lab appointment. She didn’t care what I was saying and was extremely rude. Such type of people should be fired who don’t even know how to talk to patients.
A Wonderful group and team of Doctors, nurses and staff working at Jim Pattison. Very kind, caring and professional people who are true angels! Professional and very efficient. Thankful and Grateful for the care I received. 😊
They're trying to force me to download a mobile app just to confirm my appointment time. Absolute clowns. This is very obviously a quid pro quo with a private entity to collect customer health data at the expense of the ability for customers to easily access their services. If you download the app, Telus gets all your health information and reserves the right to sell that info to third parties for profit, and also creates an additional attack vector for people to steal your data and use it to impersonate or extort you. They gave my mother appointment to get her IV her appointment at 1230 noon we got at the dear 1215pm it was well after one she is not in then why you give the appointment if you don’t show for your appointment they charge you a fee and and if they are late they don’t care and parking should be free for patients
