This is a scam dealership – stay away! I paid almost $3,000 for their so-called “extra warranty” on my 2022 Ioniq 5. They told me it would cover everything up to 10 years/160,000 km, just like the motor and battery. That was a complete lie. When I finally went in for warranty service after 3 years (lumbar support broken, Apple CarPlay not working, rear door handle failing), they refused to cover any of it. UPDATE: Martin, the GM, turned this original bad experience into not only a positive one, but instead earned a customer for life!
