I bought a size rug 2 1/2 months ago. It will not lie flat. It is very easy to fall. I tried everything for a month. I then called the sales person ***************. He repeating told me what to do. Nothing worked. I this point a told him he needed to find a resolution. He did not respond. If a product is defective *** Owens and *** should have resolved this. To say this is bad customer service is an understatement.

The next day I sent a truck to your house to pick up the area rug. It is currently being worked on to correct the problem. I went in hoping to get some help with my new house that I’m building that needed everything and we stood around for at least 25 minutes there was one person on the floor everyone else is in the kitchen eating not one person came out to help us or even it even acknowledge that we were there so thanks Jim Owens but no thanks yeah
Jim Owens did our floors and I was really really pleased with the delivery, installation and clean-up. So we got them to do our cabinets. This was not at all the same. I sit here crying and feeling robbed. Very disappointed in the cabinets. I guess our bathrooms will be done by someone else.
