My Lincoln Nautilus was towed to Patriot Ford for a new battery. First they lost my car on the lot and had no record it arrived after I called them, the service advisor said they don’t service Lincolns, and then they installed a defective new battery in my car. When I told them the battery light was on after I picked it up they said they didn’t have another battery and had to order one.
