Service after sale stinks!!! The wood under my facial boards are rotting.. they say it’s not their problem because my roof leaks.. there is NO leak in my roof.. They didn’t use the right size nails. They are popping out all around the house, this is probably what’s causing the leaking. The siding is separating from the wood bc the nails are not holding it together. Anyone thinking of using Jim Olivier for Windows think again! They’re products are pathetic, after 5 years of wear the metal stripping to hold windows disintegrated therefore I needed boards to hold up the windows! They came repair and this is now the site I have with my new windows! They don’t leave town but they’re products go out of business and they don’t warranty that!
You won't find a better company. They do the job RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! What an awesome company!
I have endured hearing the words, "THERE IS NO COMPARISON - WE HAVE SET THE STANDARD" repeated about three million times, now - and truly don't think you could PAY me to let this company unscrew a light bulb on my house. (Does the concept of "over-saturation" mean anything to you???)
