They get 0 stars but I had to pick something. Absolutely horrible dealing with this property management company. Starts by saying the agents don’t know what they’re doing. In addition they misspelled Estoppel on the letter and charged $418 for this letter and Application fee is $150. This purchase is a first time home buyer paying cash and buying property for $125,000. I wish I could give them a -0! They lie, they steal, they cheat. They don't maintain their property, they don't allow owners to maintain their property. They're underfunded and refuse to listen when someone tries to step up. The local bank manager hates them. Everyone hates them. You can't run against them, they'll out vote you.
