Shaiyan had poor customer service, attitude and tone from the time of ordering. Once at window, she displayed an attitude when asked about a condiment and felt rushed.
The thing I don't like about this new style Jim N Nicks, you have to ask for everything, if you have bread, you have ask for butter , ribs, 2 people they gave us 1 small container of BBQ sauce. We both had fries, 1 small container of catch-up. Everything is rationed. Not worth the money you spend to have to beg for everything.
