The food is fine, better than Full Moon for sure, but DO NOT go through the drive through. There's an angry little woman behind that speaker, ready to be rude, rush you through your order, interrupt you, and then on top of everything, get the order wrong. ALWAYS leaves out a drink, gets a plate wrong, mixes up sides, etc. If she'd actually listen when you're ordering instead of interrupting every two seconds, she might get it right. It was our first time ever, as it's really out of our price range. But we were meeting with an old friend from up North after about 9 years so it was a big deal. Everyone in the group has disabilities so we asked to be seated outside, were taken right out and the hostess was a peach!! The staff were super friendly, patient and kind. The food was great. We were never rushed even though we sat maybe 2 hours visiting and chatting. It was definitely a memorable night.
We ate there when it was raining, had already ordered our food. My grand children had to tell them we we sitting in water. They didn't think it was a big deal. it was pretty gross wondering what nasty stuff was coming in the building. They finally moved us to a different table. our food was cold. Never eating there again.
I don’t understand why every time I order the nachos without BBQ sauce, the drive thru puts it on them anyway. I understand once but it happens every time. I’ve lost count it’s been so many. They manage to leave my sour cream off but just have to put that sauce on there.
Had lunch here yesterday. Great loaded baked potato. Staff was excellent. Told server I needed gluten free and she was very accommodating. The chef came to my table and assured me that he could make my meal completely safe. It was delicious and I did not get sick!!! I I will eat there again. Kudos to the staff for understanding and dealing with allergies.
I recommend Erica not work holidays. After by her own admission, my salad was wrong and things she asked if we wanted never got delivered! Poor service!
Service was terrible Stephanie said she was busy and we left her a quarter tip.
The food was amazing! our waiter was Mark& he was the best! he knew what food and drinks to recomend and we were NOT disappointed😍
Great service and excellent food. Coconut cream pie was to die for!!!
