i eat here alot so it seems like a hometown place. the food is great and the people there make you feel wecome. most of the time my server is Megan and she is fantastic! food isnt cheap , you want cheap go to Mcdonalds !
I had an issue with my food, and our waitress kept apologizing over & over. She took my plate and returned with a new plate. Our service was awesome!
Worst service ever. Food subpar manager lacked in skills.
Passing through town, place was busy so we decided to try it. Ordered a pulled pork sandwhich with onion rings and a sliced brisket sandwich with fries. We waited 30 minutes for our food. It was really 30 minutes. We should have left. The food we received was lukewarm, even the onion rings and fries. I have no idea why it took so long to give us our food. Obviously it was put together long enough to lose all heat. And it certainly wasn't cheap. I would not waste my time here again.
How can a restaurant that sells big BBQ taters run of of taters 3 out of 5 visits over a 4 month time now one of them times Josh did take care of me and make that right but tonight at 9:30ish I was told we are out of potatoes. And I said y'all out of taters and the girl laughed at me I guess for saying taters well we in the South this is how me and alot more talk . I guess Full moon BBQ will be my BBQ place from now on . I can't drive 35min get somewhere and what I was set on having they are out of over 50% of the time.
The service sucks but the food is sooooo. Sooooo good .
Ordered chicken and it was great. The only thing I could think of to make it better is working customer service and attitude at the front door. I went there yesterday and the girl at the front door was just overwhelmed I guess with the work, just because she was just sweaty and looked frustrated.
My son took me there for Mother's day. The waitress and muffins were great. We ordered the ribeye steaks. The were absolutely the most pitiful, awful, steaks that i have ever eaten. They were thin, over cooked, greasy, and had no flavor at all. I've never seen a rib eye that had that much fat in them. I'm not sure they were even ribeyes.
