Food solid, service fantastic. Music too loud & all deep, deep country cuts. Maybe an employee’s personal favorites. I know a lot of music & didn’t recognize a single song. Was not the case when I was here 3 weeks ago.
Switched from other bbq places to just Jim N Nicks. The nachos are our go to and great for sharing.
Went in at around 4 and needed to flag someone down to order after waiting a couple minutes. App came after the food due to a “machine” being out of order. Wife found a couple bones in her chicken and my chicken oddly had the consistency of under done chicken. The staff replaced it with Turkey and offered to replace the meal after I had eaten the sides, which was appreciated. Over all disappointing experience when compared to Birmingham locations.
