Edit at end. Very unhappy. I called Tuesday to see if they could get my truck in for an alignment and to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Tim told me to drop the truck off Thursday morning (today) and they would get it taken care of. I dropped the truck off at 7:30 am, mind you business opens at 8am so the doors were locked. I put my key in an envelope in the drop box because i had to get to work. I called at 2:30 to check in and see if i could pick it up early. I was told they didn't even know it was there. Just annoyed. Scheduled for service. They call me 2 days later to say the 10am wasn't available and asked if I could do 11am. Moved my plans around and took the 11am slot. Now they call me 2 more days later saying they dont have anything on Saturday for me. Thanks guys. Suppose ill have togo somewhere else. There goes my business.
Hands down the best customer service for my Chevy Traverse. Friendly, helpful and very efficient at fixing my repair. I will go to them in a heart beat next time my car is in need of service. Kudos!
