Jim Miles' Garage is really the pits. I agree with the guy who says they are very unfriendly and downright rude. Took my car there for an alternator & maintenance ($500), two days later my battery light came on. I called the shop and was told that's NORMAL. Huh? I took it to Dobbs and they soaked me for a (another) new alternator as Miles Garage said it was not their problem. I had just bought an alternator from them the week before! Excellent! This is a fabulous business, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable! They performed and followed through with each detail. Details are so important when it your car! Very highly recommended!!!!!!!! We have one foreign car and one domestic. We also have an antique car, Jim's knowledge base is superior.
The place to go for auto maintenance especially if out of waranty. My wife and I have had all our vehicle maintenance performed here since 1990. They do good work and give straight answers to questions about your vehicle problems. Our cars serviced by Jim include Dodge, Chevy, Jeep, Toyota, Isuzu. I have always felt that I got my money's worth for the work performed. I you have any concerns about the integrity of your local auto repair garage, I strongly recommend Jim Miles Garage for you.
Manager I have been going to this garage for 20 years. He is honest with his work. I have sent numerous customers to him and they have saved alot of money from quotes from other shops. EVERY emergency with our cars he has fit them in and did them in the same day except for an engine rebuild. And as for his wife Judy, you could not find a nicer woman. This is the best garage in town! Do not hesitate to trust your vehicle with them.
A Mechanic You Can Trust Miles Garage is the best place around to take your vehicle for service. As an independent repair shop they are focused on providing great service to their customers. They are usually busy and same day service is not the norm. You can't just "stop in" for an oil change because this is not a quicky place but if you want you car treated properly and don't want to worry about being ripped off Miles is the place to go. PROS: professional service CONS: you do need an appointment usually
Very Unpolite and Cold Charged me $500 to fix a minor issue.But as I wanted my car fixed I really did not worry too much about the money. But the car died the next day . Called them and their response was very unpolite and rude and were not even sympathetic and would not claim responsibility and said that that was not their problem.
