For starters, when went to check out the vehicle they didn’t have it. Instead of telling us they loaned it to a customer, they gave us the run around and basically tried to get us to stay longer than we had to. We find out that they loaned it out but it was as we was walking out of the door. Really horrible customer service from the staff.

The staff did exactly what I asked them. They made the sale work on my terms.
They reached out to me a number of times and were understanding of some issues I ran into with my home flooding.
Sales associate came off as a jerk, spammed my email and constantly harassed me for a phone number. I asked them to stop contacting me and they have continued to spam my email. Will never inquire about a car from them again
The sales representative, Cristian, was really nice and helpful, the finance team on the other hand was very pushy. But i got to leave in the car i wanted close to the price i needed.

Great
Bait and switch! They listed a car at a certain price. We requested to see and buy the car. They called us the following morning to verify that indeed we were coming to look at said vehicle. Upon arriving, we were told that the car was sold a day before. The excuse was that they don’t communicate with their appointment call center. The car that they offered was the wrong color and $10,000 more. How is that for a classic bait and switch?
