i’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years and have never talked to customer the way we were talked to over trying to get a claim done because our family cars back window shattered. was told “i’m not in the mood for you today”. ⭐ 1 Star Review I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Jim McClure State Farm in Denison, specifically from Kelly Points. While traveling southbound on US-75, our rear windshield was accidentally damaged and needed replacement. We dropped our vehicle off at Classic Chevrolet for repairs and contacted Kelly Points to begin the claims process. Kelly is my agent for my policy my Auto policy and he goes above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need that my payments are going through to auto pay is ready if I have a question or anything I just have to drive there and he comes outside and helps me.
