I called to get renters insurance for college and Staci answered the phone. Staci has a wonderful attitude and soft spoken tone to make you feel like your not tackling insurance! Overall she was so sweet and helped me long into my account as well!
i’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years and have never talked to customer the way we were talked to over trying to get a claim done because our family cars back window shattered. was told “i’m not in the mood for you today”. ⭐ 1 Star Review I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Jim McClure State Farm in Denison, specifically from Kelly Points. While traveling southbound on US-75, our rear windshield was accidentally damaged and needed replacement. We dropped our vehicle off at Classic Chevrolet for repairs and contacted Kelly Points to begin the claims process.
