Working with Jim and Kim was a pleasure from concept to closing. Budget was a key item, and they were able to provide a beautiful lake home in a timely manner. The on site supervisor, Brian Whaley, offered many timely and valuable suggestions which we were able to incorporate as the building phase unfolded.
