I have been a customer for years and have had a few issues but nothing major. Well to was the Las straw. I was charge $8 to launder and press one shirt that should have been $3. Was told by the person working she couldn't change the price. whoever does the bar code for pricing should be fired.
RecommendedFriendly employees who helped me use the washer/dryer for the first time (I asked because the simple things can be difficult for me). Huge washers, I put two queen size comforters and sheets in washer and washed for $5. I dried everything afterwards for $2.50. Good environment, televisions, coffee, chairs, clean floors and tables. I read my book for the 1 hour. Jim Massey also has a card system for loading money, so no quarters for the washer/dryers. Good location, very close to downtown Montgomery.
because they messed my clothes up. twice..and they charge too much and some my clothes still wasn't clean when i finally got them back..the same stains are still in clothes and clothes bad

I just wanted to give your Decatur Street location a shout-out on behalf of my Mom. She dropped off two work blazers to have cleaned, not realizing one had a button missing on the sleeve. Upon picking them up, not only had they been cleaned, but the button had been replaced with a tag attached announcing the extra attention that had been paid & she wasn’t charged for the additional service!!!! Thank you for going above & beyond with the exceptional customer care!!!!
I put one star only because I couldn’t put zero. They lost my two pair of pants and they felt that it was fair for them to give me half of what those pants cost even though the check that they gave me for both pairs of pants would not buy one today so in other words I can’t even replace one pair of pants for the check that they gave me for both and keep in mind they lost my pants so when you use this company be prepared to pay for their mistakes WHEN they make them and I have been using this company for at least four or five... read more

I had to send my son's suit jacket back because it came back with the same stains on it, went back to pick it up a second time and it had Blue markings on the sleeve that were not there before. I was told I would have credit on my account (I have voice mail from store manager stating I would have a credit) not that they offered this to me for my inconvenience, I had to ask for it.
