These people do not even respond to correspondence from Buyers regarding the very homes THEY have listed (not someone else's listings...but THEIR listings); how in the world can they be representing the Buyers they agreed to represent, in any meaningful way? I have not experienced this level of apathy from real estate agents anywhere else - and Fulton, KY is a very small town - surely they are not so busy that they cannot respond to Buyers correspondence AT ALL. Just amateur level - I feel sorry for their Sellers.
Kay has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Helped through every step of the process. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a realtor!
