Great service here! Jim always does a wonderful job and this is the only place we bring our vehicles. They also have a great car wash!
Jim Lind has been my go-to for years because of the quality, promptness and respect he shows — but tonight really takes the cake. My car needed completely new rear brakes, and Jim quoted me at a certain price. I got another estimate that was higher so I called Jim back and asked if he was sure about the price. He said yes and I booked with him. Get the bill tonight and he had me pay the price he quoted — even though the itemized invoice clearly showed the actual parts and labor costs were MUCH higher. Unfriendly staff who literally told me to shut up, very rude person and in the past I always found them to be helpful and wanting to help people not now and I am one person who likes to deal with small businesses, times have surely changed there.
We were traveling home to Michigan from our vacation out West when the front tire of our van felt wobbly. We pulled over and we were missing three bolts from the right passenger tire - somehow they were sheared off. First of all, it’s wonderful they work 24 hours here and could assist us right away as it was 6 pm on a Friday night. Second- he had a free rental car for us to make it around town so we didn’t have to use taxis, and third, he had us back on the road by 9 am.
