My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Jim to purchase our first home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to offer a lot of advice we needed since it was our first time through the process, but also would make the distinction on things that were up to personal preference. When looking at houses he was helpful in looking at possible technical issues as well.
