have they gone out of business? wrong product sent, phone doesn’t work, no returning emails since 3/26/2019...
Bought a pair of glasses from this place a year ago. When the glasses arrived, they were not what I had ordered. I immediately contacted JK and was told to "keep" that glasses & anther correct pair would be sent out. I thought this was rather unusual but reluctantly agreed. Little did I know at the time that he had NO intention what's so ever to send another pair of glasses or to fix the ones I was given. I ordered glasses Oct 12 2018 and never received them. I have left many phone messages and no one has ever returned my call. I have also sent 5 emails up to this point and still no resolution. Now when I call this phone number the call fails to go thru. I’m wandering if they are still in business. If they are, they are doing a great job of ignoring me. :(
I'm very satisfied with the service and quality of work. Great selection of frames. 5 Star, will definitely buy again!
