My parents and in-laws all sing the praises of Subaru and the staff at this dealership specifically. I just switched from Honda and bought my first Subaru from this location and worked with Mars Gregor as our saleswoman. Between Mars, Alan Ellis the sales manager, and Cameron Boyer in finance, we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They went above and beyond at every step. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this location and its team.
The salesperson kept giving me the runaround about what exactly is holding up my financing. Every time I asked there was some kind of new excuse—then apparently the finance manager was never available. Jim Keras Subaru Hacks Cross is a poor excuse for a dealership, and I won’t be returning. What a joke.
I had an absolutely wonderful time here and am grateful for the people who helped me into my first Subaru. Super huge shoutout to my guy Issa Haddad for working with me and being an overall pleasure. Had a check engine light and took my car in on Saturday. They found a recall notice and completed the work with no cost and I was able to pick my car back up the same afternoon. Amazing
These guys are very knowledgeable about their cars, and were super friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Great overall experience.
