Every time I've gone it's been a pleasant experience. The staff, my rep was Larry, but the entire staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional services. The waiting area, that you won't be in long (they're quick and efficient) if you choose to stay, was surprisingly welcoming for everyone: a TV area, kids room and even a quiet room. If you want expert service and customer service thats top tier, this is the place.
Very good experience. After building my perfect configuration of an Outback on the Subaru site, our Jim Keras Subaru salesman Guy talked with me about the three cars they had on the lot precisely matching my specification. After fine tuning his understanding of what I wanted, he had the exact right car sitting front row center at the dealership waiting for us to arrive. It’s been over a month so forgive me for forgetting the wonderful gentleman’s name, but I rolled in without an appointment on a cross-country trip from Oklahoma to Atlanta, GA in the early afternoon with a hope in a hand basket that someone could tell me why my back wheels were making noise. I told him I was trying to get to Atlanta that night to pick up people at the airport, and he said he’d do everything he could to get me there by midnight.
