Our Hacks Cross location opened August 12th, 2019, and features a state of the art showroom and service department. Very impressed with this Subaru location. Larry, our service advisor, went over and beyond for us. We will definitely be coming back for any service needs just because of Larry. Also, a shout out to the mechanic Mark for spending time on our Ascent and taking the time to talk with us about it.
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Ascent. Vlad was the best and most knowledgeable salesman we could have asked for and the rest of the team was awesome.
Our experience at Jim Keras Subaru was outstanding! Our sales rep, Guy Mauro, was very courteous, professional and attentive to our automotive needs. We found the perfect vehicle for us. With the friendly banter between us, Gus made us feel appreciated and we appreciate him and staff we interacted with at the dealership.
