Initially had a great experience, staff was helpful and courteous. Probably because they wanted to make the sale. Service was also good until I tried calling them with a question. I called 3 times and left a message on voice-mail each time. That was 2 weeks ago, still waiting for a call back. Not a good look Subaru. I really like our Forester but will be finding a different dealership for service.
Jacob and john sadler, I cannot complaint about nothing, both of them were fantastic. They helped get what I wanted, were very polite and helpful. I am pleased ! Shout out to both !
