Update: 10/8/2025 I contacted the General Manager, Ron Ansley via email and forward the email thread along with all paperwork. They still refuse to work on finding a resolution to this matter. I’m contacting Subaru of Americas and will be reaching out to BBB along with my lawyer regarding this now that I have everything on email and documentation to build my case. My wife and I purchased a new Outback Limited from John Sadler with help from the GM. The car we were interested in was sold before we got there. We found a different car that was Cosmic Blue Pearl.
