My most recent transaction was absolutely stress-free, and I was able to get a heck of a deal on a beautiful sports car that caught my eye. I bought a used car there that was totally miss represented. The "inspection" the service department had certified has many items signed off that were not working or done. On my first oil change a month after buying it, they want almost $800 to fix those items they "certified" When I told the Sales Manager I would be filing a complaint he hung up on me.
