Dr. Gould has been my children's doctor since 2006. He has been the best pediatrics specialist my children have had throughout all our moves around the states and even compared to doctors in South Korea.
Established patient and he still refuses anxiety help for an EIGHT year old. Only good for colds this guy does NOT care about your babies
Every time I have called to make an appointment the staff have been so rude and it takes months to get an appointment. Also, the MAs have also been extremely rude. I will not recommend anyone to be treated the way we have been treated. Dr Gould is great but we won't return.
I can usually, always get in to see the dr when I need to. I always make well visit appointments early so that hasn't been a problem for me. However everytime I go we are there for 2 hours waiting we wait to go in then we do the weight check and temperature then in the room we wait for at least an hour, Evey time just to talk to the dr. everytime I wonder why I go there because it is terrible to keep kids good for so long in a boring doctors office. That's my only complaint really I wish they were more timely.
