I would say I generally have high expectations and Jim surpassed them all. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and more. What has impressed me the most is how incredibly helpful he's been for my husband and I post close. With all of the work that needs to get done on our new house, he not only has proactively set us up with any specialist we would need, but has even personally met vendors when we were unable to. It was so great working with Jim. He provided invaluable help navigating the purchase of our new home and sale of our previous one. Jim is tireless and super responsive.
