Exceptional service department!! I’m 63 years old. I’ve been to many car dealership service departments. Jim Hudson Lexus service department is 100 times better than all others! First of all you are greeted immediately. They place a “waiting” paper on the windshield. Very soon after that, someone else comes right over and takes care of you. I was sent a video of work completed I was informed all throughout the process Don’t get me wrong, only Jim Hudson LEXUS gives that kind of treatment, not other Jim Hudson dealers
