I had a recall on my car so there was no charge. I just scheduled an appointment, dropped off my car, they drove me back to my house, called me 5 hours later to say they had finished and asked if I needed them to come get me. I had a friend going near there that I had drop me off and when I got my car not only had they did the recall but they had washed my car which was awful when I took it in.

I had to cancel my scheduled service appointment in January with Samantha Inglis my Service Manager. I asked her if possible if she could reschedule my appointment for the second week in February. She quickly reviewed her schedule, and worked with me to set up the date and times We set the date and time (I needed to be in as early as possible) updated things needed to be done.
